For two days,  the Lord told us we weren’t to go on the roadside. He reminded us that from the beginning of the ministry, He said he would protect and provide for us as long as we asked for and obeyed His daily instructions of where to be and at what time. This time He was protecting us by keeping us off the roadside, that there was someone who would stop that would not be good. TY, Father! Last night a young man came to the house to give us a bid on some work our insurance company is requiring. Emil had his Free Prayer shirt on and he had seen us on the roadside! Emil got to minister to him before he left!

We are grateful for the note we received from an annual donor yesterday, committing to $50/month and a check which made it retroactive! Thank You, Lord, for this couple’s faith in this ministry!

Here’s the mattress man’s story since we forgot to put it in the newsletter! Emil asked if he needed prayer and he said, “Yes! I can always use prayer. I’m messed up all the way from the bottom of my feet to my head!” He broke his neck when he was in his 20’s and has had very little feeling since then in his feet and legs but he can walk. He suffered nerve damage from the 30 surgeries he endured when his intestines ruptured last year so he didn’t have much feeling from his waist to his neck. Also his body was completely toxic, causing damage to organs and restrictions to his breathing. He said, “If it wasn’t for the Lord, I know I wouldn’t be here. I’m saved, baptized and filled with the Holy Ghost!” Emil stood at his feet and told him to just keep laying down and we would for his health and also that the Lord would show him which mattress to buy! He laughed. Emil laid his hands on his feet and the man folded his hands on his chest and stared at the ceiling as we began to pray. We asked the Holy Spirit to fill him up and he breathed in deeply and with a loud sigh, closed his eyes. We prayed for all the damage to his body to be restored and all injuries to be reversed. He opened his eyes and asked, “What are you doing to my feet?” Emil said, “I just have my hands on them.” He said, “My feet and my legs are getting really hot! They’ve been cold ever since my accident.” Emil said, “Well, every time you feel something good, just say, ‘Thank You, Lord! More power!'” So he loudly proclaimed that! He moaned and repeated it as we continued to pray. He said intense heat followed by electricity started at his feet and went all the way up to his chin. Then he started getting feeling back in his feet, legs, abdomen and chest. When we finished, he said he felt such peace and was just enjoying the presence of the Lord. He took Emil’s hand in both of his and firmly shook it and said, “I’m getting all my feeling back!” When we  left a few minutes later, he was still laying on the bed with his hands crossed on his chest and his eyes closed, moaning and saying, “Thank You, Lord! More power!”

Prayed for 2 women at the food outreach in Manitou Springs today plus broke up a screaming match between two women in line and Emil talked to each of them separately about forgiveness and the love of Jesus. Both calmed down and thanked him. Then went to Walmart and a guy walked up and said, “You gotta lot of guts to wear a shirt like that!” Asked if he needed prayer and he said yes! The Holy Spirit read his mail and afterward he said “Wow! That was freaky! Everything you prayed was right on the money!” God is so good!

Emil’s last day at work was Wednesday. We are now officially in full-time ministry again! God opened opportunities for us on Thursday and Friday.  We will have details in our newsletter next week.

Today we wore our Free Prayer shirts to a festival in Canon City, about an hour from us, and had a couple of conversations while there! It feels good to be doing what we know God called us to do.

A man called for prayer and was introducing himself when the Holy Spirit began to download to Emil about this man and in two minutes, the Lord totally read this man’s mail and he was in tears and agreeing with everything God said. Emil ministered the love of Jesus to him and he was totally set free! God is so awesome and incredible and never stops amazing us at how He ministers to people to break down the walls around their hearts to set them free!

Our July 27th newsletter had the story of Emil praying for his boss Margarita after the Lord told him that she had one leg shorter than the other and He wanted to heal her.  Emil prayed and she was healed and she was so excited she took the lift out of her shoe and took it to her chiropractor to show him what God had done! Recently one of her bosses found Emil and said he had just come from the same chiropractor who told him one leg is shorter than the other and to go back to work and find the guy who prayed for Margarita! Sure enough, his leg grew out and he took the lift out of his shoe, too! God is so cool!!!

Emil prayed for two people yesterday and both experienced healing! One who had a dental appointment for two root canals and two crowns, but when Emil prayed the Lord told him it wasn’t his teeth, it was his neck which was pushing on nerves going into his teeth. When he prayed for the neck to be aligned, all pain left! He prayed for a man whose in great pain from an old football injury to his hip and the pain immediately left! Then last evening he began a conversation with a young man and had a word from the Lord that brought him to tears and brought complete confirmation to him of some things he had been considering.  God is so awesome!
